We suggest that you schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. All bookings require a credit card or gift certificate to reserve your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Individuals and couples, please provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation. Parties of 3 or more, please provide 72 hours advance notice of cancellation. Sensibilities Day Spa reserves the right to charge for any services not canceled within these time frames up to 100% of the service price.

The Hilton Hotel’s pool, hot-tub, and fitness room are available for spa guests during our business hours. To use them before your appointment, please arrive at least 1 hour before your appointment time. We do not offer day passes at this time.

We thank you in advance for your consideration of other clients. Please silence all electronic devices upon arrival. Our front desk staff will assist you with any emergencies. We love animals, but due to the cosmetology board rules only service animals are allowed in the spa.

Our staff graciously accepts gratuities. A gratuity of 20% is added to parties of four or more, and all spa packages. Otherwise, gratuities are not included and are left to your discretion.

Available for purchase online and in person for individual services, packages or dollar amounts. Valid for one year, non-refundable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please present your gift certificate at the time of your service.

Children are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving services. Children 12 and older may receive nail services with a parent or guardian receiving a nail service at the same time. Children 12 and older may receive skin care services with a parent or guardian receiving a service or on the premises. Massage clients must be at least 18 years old.
